Our Mission

Why Kids (and Parents) Love the Apex Rotation.

No downtime. No boredom. Our signature Apex Rotation System ensures your child switches gears every 45–60 minutes. From high-octane Drift Karts to creative Arts & Crafts, we keep the energy high and the engagement peak from drop-off to pick-up. The Result: Your child comes home tired, happy, and confident.

Questions parents ask

What time does camp start and finish?

Camp runs 9:00am to 4:00pm. Please drop off at the camp entrance from 9:00am. Early drop-off from 8:00am and late pick-up are available on camps that offer them, and show on the camp page when you book. See a typical day.

What should my child bring?

A packed lunch (please make it nut-free) and plenty of drinks, plus the kit for the day. Full what-to-bring list.

What about medication and medical needs?

You tell us about medical needs when you book. Any medication, including Epipens, must be handed in to the site leader for safe-keeping, and we only give medication that has been prescribed by a doctor or other health professional. Read our policies.

Do you accept childcare vouchers?

Yes. Choose childcare vouchers at checkout and follow the instructions to pay with your provider.

Can I book brothers and sisters together?

Yes. On any camp, tap "Booking more than one child? Add them all at once". Sibling savings apply when we're running that offer.

Are you Ofsted registered?

Yes, our Ofsted registration number is 2856518. We're based at Bowbrook House School in Worcestershire.

What if I need to cancel, or my child is unwell?

Our cancellation and refund rules, and our illness policy, are set out in our terms and conditions and policies. If you're unsure, get in touch and we'll help.

We're proud of the unforgettable experiences we create. See what other parents have to say about our camps!

"My 9 year old daughter hasn't been a fan of many holiday camps over the years. I decided to give this one a go as liked the sound of the schedule. She's loved it, made new friends and never complained about having to go back. She particularly loved the outdoor swimming pool especially given the warm summer we've had. She'll definitely be coming again. Thank you 🙏🏻"
