What happens on the day
A typical Apex camp day, so you and your child know what to expect.
Drop-off
Bring your child to the camp entrance. A member of the team will check them in and tick them off the register. Early drop-off from 8:00am is available if you booked it.
Morning activities
Children are split into age groups and take part in sports, games and challenges led by our DBS-checked coaches.
Lunch and free play
Children eat the packed lunch you send in (please make it nut-free) and have supervised free play. Please send a named water bottle.
Afternoon activities
More team games and activities. Photos may be taken if you gave consent on the booking form.
Pick-up
Collect your child from the team. We only release children to the named parent or the pick-up person on the booking, and we may ask for the code word. Late pick-up until 5:00pm is available if booked.
Safety and safeguarding
All staff are DBS-checked and first-aid trained, and we have a Designated Safeguarding Lead. Medical needs and allergies you give us are shared with the team.
If something happens
We will call the parent and emergency contacts on the booking straight away if your child is unwell or has an accident.
